Return Material Authorization

Here you can register a repair. After registering you will receive a return slip with a RMA number which has to be added to your shipment.

LOGIC INSTRUMENT only uses this personal data to provide services related to your orders, to improve our services or to provide support in response to your questions. Protection of your privacy.

Return policies

Please understand that unsuitable packed or freight forward packets can not be accepted and will be returned on sender's charge.

Please check before returning if the defect is covered by the warranty.

If we can not identify any faults or faults out of warranty, we charge an inspection and handling fee of €90 excl. shipping and VAT.

For an easy and rapid repair process, please reset any passwords on the system before returning the defective material. In the case our support department has no administrator access to the system, we reserve the right to reset the system to factory settings at any time. In case of a not provided BIOS password, we charge €15 excl. VAT for the removal.

Despite our best endeavours, we cannot guarantee that no data will be lost during the repair. Therefore, always create a recent backup of the hard disk/SSD before returning the device. Logic Instrument assumes no liability for data loss.
