Tyre24 relies on mobile customer service
Car dealerships, auto repair shops and tire dealers can now consult their customers in tire and wheel purchase directly on the vehicle. Therefore, Tyre24, Germany’s online marketplace in B2B tire trade, uses 4,000 LOGIC INSTRUMENT tablets that are preloaded with a Tyre24 app that has, among other things, a 3D tire and wheel configurator, which allows a clear and individual counseling.
With Tyre24, LOGIC INSTRUMENT, manufacturer of tablet and smartphones for B2B markets, wins another customer in the e-commerce field. In total, the online platform ordered a first batch of 4,000 business tablets.

The Tyre24Group from Kaiserslautern consists of eight independent divisions. It all began in 2002 with the formation of the Tyre24 GmbH by Michael Saitow. The company runs with its online trade platform www.tyre24.de the interface between tyre wholesale and retail. Meanwhile, the portal has grown into a pooling of about 450 tyre and wheel wholesalers and manufacturers from Germany, the Netherlands, Belgium, France, Luxembourg, Austria and Poland. In Germany alone, approx. 30,000 tyre retailers, car dealerships and garages use the online platform for procurement of tyres and rims.
