Tyre24 relies on mobile customer service

Car dealerships, auto repair shops and tire dealers can now consult their customers in tire and wheel purchase directly on the vehicle. Therefore, Tyre24, Germany's online marketplace in B2B tire trade, uses 4,000 LOGIC INSTRUMENT tablets that are preloaded with a Tyre24 app that has, among other things, a 3D tire and wheel configurator, which allows a clear and individual counseling.

With Tyre24, LOGIC INSTRUMENT, manufacturer of tablet and smartphones for B2B markets, wins another customer in the e-commerce field. In total, the online platform ordered a first batch of 4,000 business tablets.


Selection criteria: quality, customization and price


The 3D Wheel Configurator in the Tyre24 App illustrates how the desired rims look on various vehicles. One strength of the app is the high image quality - and that was one of the most important factors in selecting the right tablet. The 10.1-inch devices from LOGIC INSTRUMENT feature a Quad-Core CPU and the capacitive multi-touch IPS screen that delivers sharp and clear images.

The tablets are limited to the use with the Tyre24 software with its tire search and wheel configurator. All devices will be Tyre24 branded. The company logo graces the back of the tablet and is visible as boot and as home screen. Tyre24 resellers can choose between a WiFi and a 3G version that are placed at their disposal for a small monthly fee.

After the TAB1 has been a great success on the Reifen 2014 show, the worlds leading fair of the tire industry, Michael Saitow, Tyre24Group CEO, expects an international requirement of 30,000 TAB1.
